Intro to ‘Always on’ Marketing
2.5 hours, max 12 attendees
The days of annual marketing plans all approved and ready to rollout and execute are gone. This workshop explores ‘always on’ approaches and how to ensure strategic thinking on the run. This workshop is designed to begin the process of developing new ways of working to develop flex in processes and plans to allow for opportunities. It is a iterative shift that impacts other processes and business units so being on the front foot is a step in the right direction.

Masterclass to ‘Always on Marketing’
1/2 day, max 8 participants
It is always beneficial to stand back and take an objective look at what you are doing. To revisit original decisions and affirm or realign your strategy in-line with any shifts that may have occurred in the business. Looking to see what has worked and ensure your efforts are best weighted, sometimes we get caught up in doing the do, the by standing back we can see that effort is best spent elsewhere. We also address the very practical aspect of ‘Always on’ covering planning, being nimble, creating autonomy and resourcing/processes.
Storytelling for Data Visualisation

As things happen in real-time, live data information is valuable to validate or identify behaviour so your can make necessary actions. Data is often lost in the depths of the business analyst team and past its used-by date when you receive it. This workshop helps you and your team identify the story that needs to be told in real-time and identify how this tool would be beneficial.

They drive motivation and commitment and are an inherent part of negotiation, conflict and change. They are fundamental to people’s lives and their relationships. People who are effective in leading change are proficient at recognising, using, understanding and managing emotions in themselves and others.
This workshop will provide an overview of emotional intelligence, workshop the different aspects that make up emotional intelligence and then how to use emotions to influence and lead change.
